Air Units not refueling

Air Units not refueling

Hello, i'm making a mod and i'm testing air units. Unfortunately, they doesn't seem to be able to refuel at airports.

They have the correct Class in the equipment.pzdat file, and the map correctly shows an airfield with the correct flag. What could be the problem?
