Hotseat mode?

Hi all - i have been thinking of buying this for a long time - and now its on sale ... one question , i want to play this with my son - is there a hotseat mode or is the only multiplayer option vs other people online ? hope its the former .thanks

There's no hotseat mode to play in multiplayer. You can only play online against another person (which has to have the game installed on a separate computer) and against the AI.
The aforementioned post is made in accordance with the canon where the Valkyrie-class is a modern battlestar which has no place in the first Cylon War timeline. So say we all.

Bah - that's annoying - seemed like an obvious feature to include for a turn based game - thanks for the reply

Lol, one would think a leader board would be obvious as well. But I have been asking for that since last year so I wouldn't hold your breath.

It's not actually a turn-based game. It is WEGO which means hotseat (while possible) is much less straightforward than for IGOUO.
