Loading a campaign scenario into the editor

How do I load a campaign scenario into the editor?
Should I put a copy of a campaign scenario into a particular folder?
I'm on a Mac.

Duplex asked a similar question which I answered here (mind Gabe's correction of my typo). That was for Windows but I am guessing the situation is similar for Mac.
