League game locked up

It was early, only my second turn so no harm. I may have caused it by letting the game sit for nearly an hour while I had dinner instead of saving the turn like I normally do. Usually if I can't make my move within a few minutes I will save the turn. By locking up, I mean I could not send the multiplayer game to the server. Tried numerous times.

It might have been due to the delay (although that should not happen) but the server might have been down.
