Xb1 - multiplayer won't connect

So I recently got BSG Deadlock and whenever I try to open multiplayer from the main menu, it takes a while trying to load then says can't connect and returns to the main menu.

Is there a fix for this? Or do us xbox players not get multiplayer?

We do get MP on Xbox, but unfortunately the MP server has been out of action for about a week now. Not sure when they might be back in action.

apologies for the downtime, there appears to be an error on Microsoft's side. We're currently investigating this with Microsoft. I'll update here again when we have a resolution.
