Nono: There were many people who used to make very good icons here in the good old times, the ones you mention, plus Asuser, Maguro, Razz, many others. I have an extensive collection archived of a lot of those units, I may make a compressed file and copy a link to download here if you want...

Hey Guille,
Glad to see your thread is still going strong. This seems like the best place to check for a couple of long lost units. I am looking for the G-11 and Ki-21 icons that Bebro made quite a while ago. I don't suppose you or someone on here would have them and be willing to post...

Hello Maguro:
Sadly, I am in a kind of impasse about PzCorps playing and modding... I think I needed some rest... Anyway, I ckeck the forums from time to time.
Here are the icons from Bebro you asked for. Enjoy!
Greetings to all!

That’s understandable after maintaining this thread as actively as you have. You’ve contributed so much to the PzC community. I took a break myself for a while and just thought I’d get back into it while waiting for PzC 2.Sadly, I am in a kind of impasse about PzCorps playing and modding... I think I needed some rest... Anyway, I ckeck the forums from time to time.
Thank you for posting the units. As always, it’s a huge help!

Hello Mr Guille. Happy new year. I have a request for you. I searched in different mods I own but I didn't find. So, could you create this Sturmpanzer II in AT position (with the barrel in the lower position)
Thank you. Greetings.

Re: Guille's PzCorps Support Base - Multipurpose Icons and more.
Hello Nono:
Here is the icon uploaded by you, which I retouched and made its direct fire version. The problem is that the icon you uploaded had a white background instead of a transparent one (sometimes this is caused if you use the Microsoft Paint software to edit/save the image). I tried to clean the white pixels surrounding the icon, and I think i cleaned most of them, but I am also sure that some of them will still be visible, and those white pixels don't look good when the icon is drawn on the game map.
Anyway, here are both icons...
The good news is that I am improving and updating my original base icon for this vehicle, so I will be soon uploading a new unit pack for this vehicle.
Greetings!

No problem... Just updated the icon posted by you... I forgot to add shadows to it. I think theres a problem with the forum software and the attached files, now you can see each icon both times... Just replace the old version with this newer one.

A unit which was missing from the German captured war material pool, also it was asked by Konigstiger88... The KV-2 heavy artillery tank! The pack includes the base icon, mask, and the regular and SE icons, both with their direct (AT) and indirect (artillery) switch versions... Enjoy!

Hello mr Guille. Can you give me again the link of DCS 1.10, please. I erase (very big mistake) this program and the 1.0 don't work. Many thanks to you.

Many thanks Mr Guille. You save me. I lost many works with one drive and windows 10. Thanks so much. Bruno.guille1434 wrote: Sat Feb 16, 2019 6:33 pm Nono: No problem, I have to recompile all the skin files, give me some time and I will give you a new link.

Hello, Guille,
Bruno aka "nono hard et heavy" and I are preparing an expansion of the LOV REDUX fleet. Bruno drew my attention to your gigantic unit collection.
If you agree, I would like to implement some more units from your collection in LOV REDUX. Your naming in the credits is then self-evident!
(But as I remember, we already discussed this once last year...

Hello Soldberg: Thanks for asking permission... Both you and Bruno can use any number of the units and other stuff I posted here for your modding works. I will wait for seeing your work finished!
Good luck and happy modding!

Re: Guille's PzCorps Support Base - Multipurpose Icons and more.
I attempted to make my first icon, the 35.5 Haubitze M1 (a super heavy artillery piece of Germany; https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/35.5_cm_Haubitze_M1).
It comes out a bit rough in the game when i convert it, having a white outline. Any tips for improving it?
Here's the original for anyone interested. Might lose the car.
Here's the pic i based it on.

Re: Guille's PzCorps Support Base - Multipurpose Icons and more.
It's year or two since I made any icons so this will probably lack detail. I use Paint.net. Avoiding white borders involves adjusting the selection settings so that you exclude as much background colur as possible. Be prepared to make several selections and try adjusting the settings for the second or third attempts - the scond and third are usually done at higher magniification and removing ever-smaller areas. You will probably need to do a bit of work with the eraser to finish it off or you can try switching the white to a less obvious colour. Plan B you could make it more contrasting with the icon itself so it's easier to see and to remove.
There may well be better or easier ways to do this, and I'd be happy to learn a better way, but I'm no graphics wizard and it works quite well with a bit of practice.
