Constant crashes

I constantly get crashes when i try to load a multiplayer game. I entert the game, the first thing happens (mostly an attack) then the game stucks. It is making the turn in the background (i can hear the moving an attacking) for about 20 secongs and then finnaly crashes totally.

Any ideas what this is?

Hi, welcome to the forum. Not sure but have you tried the nocache switch as described here:

They will ask you for a DirectX Diagnostic file anyway. Maybe email support.
