The Waffen SS has access to a minimum of specialisations, only the default specs available to minor nations.
It should have access to all German land specs.
This is important whenever Waffen SS is a core faction in a campaign.
This should be very easy to fix

Waffen SS doesn't need to have access to all specializations, just enough for some of these, I mean strictly "combat" specialties
It would be nice if there will be also finally working skins for the Waffen SS, I can't imagine tanks Leibstandarte, Totenkopf or Hitlerjugend without camouflage

I don’t understand what you mean because we can create different skins for the Waffen SS faction :

I agree, combat related land specs should effect Waffen SS aswell. Not strategic like Female Factory Labor thou.

Yep, I was thinking about the combat-related specs.
But there are a couple that add more CPs and experience to purchased units as well.

My idea was at some point to add XP directly to SS II and III, but it didn't get enough love.

Because giving them extra XP in 1940 (from regular specs) or so feels off to me, when early on they were hardly elite nor veteran - IIRC the regular military looked down on them, and their reputation was low until Demyansk 1942.

Since the SS usually were first in line for new hardware, maybe the cost for (some) SS purchases could be lower.
This could be added as a SS specialisation.
