Select the mine then change to the faction you want to be assigned.MikeAP wrote: Fri Jan 04, 2019 5:53 pm Hate to necro an old thread, but is there any way to assign mines to a faction instead of being "No Man's Land"?
I've cracked open a few scenarios and see that there is a way, and mines can be assigned a side.
How do you change the faction?terminator wrote: Fri Jan 04, 2019 5:58 pm Select the mine then change to the faction you want to be assigned.

Yep.bru888 wrote: Sat Jan 05, 2019 1:43 pm Now, a while back I think we discussed this: If you place mines that belong to an AI faction like this, it means the AI knows where they are, correct? In turn, that also means you do not have to reveal the mines to the AI if you have a situation in which you program a faction to advance near, or through, a minefield?
Thanks!terminator wrote: Sat Jan 05, 2019 6:37 am 1.Select the mines (No Man's Land faction)
2.Choose the faction (ex Germany)
3.Place the German mines (left-click)

And I'm pretty sure you can even back them up with an AT-unit!terminator wrote: Sat Jan 05, 2019 5:27 pm You can change the Strength(), the Experience (
) and the Entrenchment (
) of the mines :

Is it possible to create a AT mines and to lay a AT minesterminator wrote: Sun Jan 06, 2019 2:37 pm Could be interesting to have Anti-personnel mines and Anti-tank Land mines ?
