Now that I have found the right place, I guess I'll post it here too.
I'm playing the Winter War DLC and once the Finns receive the T-26 captured soviet tank and it is selected, a upgrade buttons appears with it. There is nothing for it to upgrade too and there is no close button on the upgrade screen.
I'll post screens if anyone wants them.

Re: T-26 Captured Soviet Tank - "rmPurchase"?
Welcome, Tidavis. I split your post out to create a separate topic. No need for screen prints, I found the error. It's in Raate Road:
Directly placing such a tank on the map, either the Finnish version or the Russian version under the Finnish flag, does not allow for an upgrade button, as is appropriate because at the time of Raate Road, the Finns have very little armored capability:
The one that is used in the scenario is the Finnish version and that led me to look for something unique about it. It turns out that this unit is one of the very few in units.csv that has "rmPurchase" as a trait. What this means, I don't know ("noPurchase" means it would not appear for purchase in the Production Menu) but I bet this has something to do with it.
This being the limit of my guesswork, I will post this to the bug database. Thanks for reporting it.

I have a hypothesis about the meaning of "rmPurchase".bru888 wrote: ↑Tue Jan 01, 2019 8:28 pm The one that is used in the scenario is the Finnish version and that led me to look for something unique about it. First it looks like a specialization.
Second if we tap on internet "rm puchase" we get : Return Merchandise Purchase (?)

That's because only core units can be upgraded.
But it doesn't seem to do anything.
The issue's with the upgrade option, that's available to all core units. But in the case of the Finns, they have no own unit in the "tank" category, thus the empty screen.
You can use the hotkey "P" for that.
But nonetheless this is kind of a bug and should be rectified - somehow.

Overall, this is really nothing but a smudge on the chrome. It doesn't effect game play and getting around it was easy. We now have two methods posted for just that.
This should buff out easy.
Overall, the designers and programmers have given me a excellent game and I thank them that. Please continue the good work!
When can we expect that overstrength feature?
