problem of PBEM replay

After quite a few failed PBEM downloading, the loaded replay becomes this

And it is running like this twice after i killed the game process once.
Is it because of incomplete downloading or failed connection or something else?

After very long and laggy replay like above, it's funny that the battlefield turns to normal after pressing ‘M’. Don't know why. After then, I automatically logged out.
