New update

Anyone else having problems with this? Tried on the check for update button on the game screen, got a message "Unable to download file. An error occured while trying to open an FTP file."

Then tried the link given in the forum and got a a window with "select a new product to install" but couldn't get any further than that. Any ideas?

Same here. I am sure many are having this problem.
