mod issue

I decided to remove unnecessary units from German GC - we can do it in Campaign Editor
so I removed all the sea planes available in the game (Arado, BV, Fw Condor etc.)
When I start playing from scratch, none of them is available, but when I start the game with savegame, then all of them are visible ...
What is going on?

Any idea how to fix it?
I typed "noPurchased" trait in units.csv file for this moment...
(I'm not going to play Kriegsmarine anyway :mrgreen:, if I'll play Sandstorm, maybe I'll "activate" reconnaissance aircraft and Fw Condor)
