After installing OoBWWII-MultiUpdateComp-v7.1.4, Sandstorm Alam El Halfa will not load from Campaign or Scenario. Problem 2 is multiplayer login screen box is pixelated graphics messed up. Any help would be appreciated. Have updated video drivers and also reinstalled update several times. No help.
Thanks.

The file you suggest will not download and is too large to download over my wireless network. Any way to get it on DVD?

It is the other file I need to download. This one. OoBWWII-MultiSetupRelease-v7.1.4.zip (2822.61 mb) When you click it, it doesn't even start to download.
Re: OoBWWII-MultiUpdateComp-v7.1.4
I have no problem downloading other files from the site.

You may have missed my reply to a similar question that you asked in the Current Bugs thread. I have copied it below.
tswita662, I'm not official but I'm reasonably sure that they don't offer the game or its patches on DVD or CD-ROM anymore. I have read references to a "boxed edition" or something but I don't know what that is, to be honest. If you look at the store, however, nowhere does it offer the game by anything else but "Download."
So you will need to get to another computer, a friend's or relative's or maybe a public library that isn't too restrictive, download the file, save it on a thumb drive (you need at least 2.8 GB space), then move it to your computer. As the OP says, you're better off downloading the installation file, not the patch, and reinstalling the game from scratch including entering your DLC product keys if necessary (but if you leave the DLC product key text files alone when you uninstall 6.1.9, you may not need to do so).
And you are also better off getting it from Matrix's member page as shown [below] because Slitherine's is rather serpentine to find and navigate.
