Sandstorm - Malta

Anyone have any suggestions for tackling this scenario ? I couldn't take even one of the objectives on my my first try.

First capture all 3 airfield and its supply point, ulti the secondary mission triggered for your air point. After that fly all paratrooper to middle and capture mid key with stuka. Then use stuka to clear arty-fort, place reinforcement on top to prepair for the last assault

Miles, can you describe the problem you're having with this scenario? People's past troubles with this scenario have been that they don't realise they receive DEPLOYABLE reinforcements (units + battleships) after capturing the airfields, so struggle playing with the initial paratroopers and planes only.

I’m playing as part of the campaign. I’ve tried initially capturing 2 airfields unsuccessfully.
So on 2nd try, just took and held one. Got my Italian reinforcements by way of amphibious
landings. Italian fleet defeated the British fleet, including the last 2 cruisers. Nonetheless,
my land forces were defeated completely in attempting to take the 2 closest objectives
( Medina (?) and Valletta (? spelling ). So I guess I need suggestions for the land campaign
after the initial landings.

Maybe watching some replays will help with the tactics?

I've won most of the battles in these replays. I'm beginning to think no one has ever taken Malta and that I should just skip it and get on with the rest of the campaign.
