Well, the Wehrmacht is getting crushed and is retreating everywhere while a massive international coalition is preparing an assault on occupied Europe.
Meanwhile, you run out of fuel and men and tanks and territory and ammo. At least the Schnapps supply looks good.
Let's see if we can turn this around...

As usual, I will post a playthrough and discuss my core composition and upgrades here. I may even post a screenshot or two for demonstration. (Yay, novelty.)
This may take a while since I am drowning in real life work and cant play OoB 24/7. But I have played the whole campaign in beta, so this should progress well.
All comments welcome, post your own thoughts, praise and criticism alike, here. And let's keep it civil.

No, I just happen to like that channel. That guy is working pretty hard and I did learn a thing or two.
I do have way more hair and less of an intense stare - and I would never compromise myself and my sparkling clean reputation with a public youtube channel. As any self-respecting, crazy intellectual, I post my content on pornhub. Less hassle, better viewer numbers.

Anyways, I will start with a Panzerkrieg core. If anybody tries a Sandstorm core, please tell me about it.
Also, my core will be from an experiment I took (for the closed beta forums): I only used regular reinforcements and spurned elite replacements. That gave me a lot of extra cash to buy the finest equipment the Wehrmacht has to offer. My core is less experienced, especially my infantry, but it was well worth it.
Feel free to discuss this. It might actually take a while to play the first mission of the final product, but definitely this week.

Do you mean you will use regulars in Endsieg or that you have used them to build your core in Blitz/Panzerkrieg? Anyway, I'm very interested to see how that goes.

@CoolDTA: I built my core over Blitzkrieg, Panzerkrieg only with regular reinforcements. I will now use this core for Endsieg. Inf has around 1 -1,5 star exp, tanks 4-5, arty and fighters 5. This approach is surprisingly effective, provided you use your AT (Stugs) right. And gives you a lot of extra cash.

I'm planning to use the default core. I find importing one to be too strong, not because of the experience, but because of all the leaders which buff units tremendously (especially the +shock value ones).

This could be interesting. Even though I think you do get the option to earn the all the leaders if you start with a default core.
And as far as I remember, only Guderian has +shock effect - and I usually put him in a tank, which I dont use that much in defensive missions. Sometimes, I even leave my tank force undeployed.

Ah, it's great to know you can get most of them during the missions. I think in Sandstorm, the player had 2 shock attack leaders- one for Italy and one for Germany. The player gets too many of them and you can outfit almost all of your mechanical units with one.

Anyway, I'm not suggesting players should start without their past core- after all, the appeal of these games is the RPG element of nurturing a core force from start to finish. I was just giving my 2 cents how I'd like to play.

Fw 190F is a very universal and powerful weapon, so this is important information for those who will not import core from PK (where Fw 190F was available)

I would like to know what is supposed to be the final cp for the Waffen SS once you get the 3rd specialty...

Fw 190G (line below), you may set the starting date to 1/10/1943, it was a version with an increased range which coexisted with the F version from October 1943
This model will also be available in the game (is slightly more expensive)

Is 1943 an expiry date in this case? Meaning that this plane will never be available?
