DLC installer not working

Hi, I purchased DLC reinforcement pack from GOG, but it doesn't work. In 'NEW GAME' it shows only Lord of skull DLC, in game there are not new units. The installer says that all is correct, anyway. What am I doing wrong?

did you get the base game from GOG as well?

did you use the GOG tools to download and update the game, or standalone?

I'm looking for new files like sounds and 3d models, but I can find any.

using GOG Galaxy should fix any download issues with the DLC, for the standalone download without, you may need to try there support, as it's not something i know about in depth tbh i'm sorry to say, if it's a game issue, they should be your first port of call

no problem, fingers crossed it's something simple and easy to fix, either way either they or staff support will fix it and have you back gaming sooner or later hopefully, so let us know how it goes either way and welcome to the board / forum.
