does anyone know where can i check unit stats in detall, for each individual unit, especially the modded ones
im looking to find small differences between same or similar types of units , which are from different fations

All the unit stats are in the Squads.csv file, It is a bit difficult to read though. The Squads.xlsx is a bit easier to read, and has the same information (it is an exact copy of the Squads.csv file, but is not read by the game).
Some mods do not have a Squads.xlsx though, for the TT Mod I just work straight on the Squads.csv.
You can find both files in the DATA folder of the game (or of the mod).

This is my excel file with unit stats. But's it is in german language. Names of Silk Road and TT-mod units are in English though.

I agree - unit stats would be great. ‘Superior’ and ‘average’ not descriptive enough!

If troops fall into the "Above Average" bracket, but their Elan is higher than their Experience, they are called "Enthusiastic" instead of "Above Average".
