Sandstorm auto scroll issue

I have 6.1.9 64 bit. There is an issue with OOB (Was just sandstorm, now it's all of them).

The issue is the map auto scrolls to the west edge no matter what I do. I've changed settings, checked drivers etc. This happens in window and full screen modes. Recorded this, but no way to upload it.

I have 2 monitors.
ATi 7870XT
Win 10 w latest updates

Tried it on my laptop with the exact same issue.

Also get an occasional crash that only happens in Sandstorm. (files attached)

Re installed using 6.1.7/ Problem gone.

Installed 6.1.9, problem returned.

Rolled back to 6.1.7. No problems.
Updated to 6.1.8 no problems
Installed 6.1.9 problem returned

Now playing under 6.1.8
