First FOG game approaching.

Well after struggling with Non listed Armies, Rubbish size bases, Disproportionate BG`s, Camels that suddenly no Arabs rode, Figures and Horses breaking at the ankles on re-basing, BG`s of many years old needing paint jobs, Having to buy every tent Baueda had in stock, Buying new books, Generally being obsessive compulsive about Wargaming for a few Months, Having to top up units with figures no longer in production, Painting an EI Roman Army and nearly getting divorced if I asked my Wife to flock any more bases. I am ready to become a Hero!

I will worry about shade varnishing my older figures later in the year, For the moment I wanna get gaming. Probably will not be any terrarin features as all my old scenery is not at home atm and it will probably be easier to get to grip with the ruleset without it.

I hope to have a battle early February, Han Chinese against EI Rome. Both from the same sort of period. About 1700 points each. I will check out the gameplay at USK on the weekend and take it from there. It will spread over a couple of weekends and many Alchoholic Tinctures will be imbibed (Medicinal of course)

I am supplying both Armies in an attempt to get my old gaming buddy away from online games, A request from his Wife who has not seen him in Natural light for 15 years

Yes! Of course I will throw up an AAR with Piccies for you all to poke fun at

I have thrown up a load of Piccies onto the net but they are not really ready for public viewing as yet until I get all my forces shaded and based up.

Well I did say to you ages ago that 800 points in 28mm on a 6 x 4 table was a Skirmish! Now that is probably an inaccurate quote but was probably good enough to throw off any shouts of Dementia

Good news is that Usk has a few dark corners to play in, so your friend shouldn't get too thrown by the daylight.

1700pts is only a little smaller than our Manzikert refight on SOA day. We had 3 players a side! Go for it and please post some piccies.
