I am gonna give it a start...

My guess is that for most people these might be Knight's Cross with (Golden) Oak Leaves, Swords and Diamonds for either Rudel and/or an early SE tank at the end of the Grand Campaign (East).

The below are based on a GC East playthrough on General with limited dice chess, so nothing special…

Keep in mind that on higher difficulties (e.g. on Manstein) you will accumulate many more kills and (also more/better) heroes. Same happens when you are playing (successfully) with a much smaller and more dedicated core…
