shopping tips for newbie to save rp

newbie, especially from panzer corps may realise rp problem just after some first campaigns. Because this game has no discount at starting phase and high upgrade cost even from same chassis. So, i think this 2 tips may help you make the game easier:
1. Never upgrade expensive unit when it has more than 9 strength: upgrade in this game includes elite repair, but with much much cheaper cost and can heal more than 5 strength. So, just upgrade medium/heavy damaged unit will save you ton of rps (better < 7 strength, fewer is better)
2. Exp is very important, but elite repair a veteran unit with 5 stars is wasted. Because they cant gain more than 10000exp and have no serious effect vs 4 stars => better to keep your exp around 4 stars, but remember to let them all 5 stars at final campaign to import the best to next dlc
