So this means after 210BC you must take 4 cavalry and 4 Cataphracts

Is this correct or should the minimum be Cavalry 4 up to 210

Whereas if you take the manoeuvrable cavalry you get 16 (+6 Greek) bases of superior and only 4 crappy averages
