After downloading, launched to Menu and selected play game. Loading screen commenced then CTD occurred

The problem you are experiencing low power GPU. You are running INTEL integrated graphic card (as far as I can say from log).
If you have dedicated switchable graphic card, please try to set it up so Windows starts the game with the dedicated graphic card.
If you dont have dedicated graphic card, go to graphic settings and switch to minimum profile.
If it doesnt help, the GPU is simply too weak for that (the minimum requirements are 1GB dedicated GPU).
It actually runs even on integrated graphic card usually, but it depends on the type of the card and you need to lower the graphic profile.
Hopefully it will work for you.

it's automatic and will auto detect and update what it finds and reboot and install, this is for the VGA
this one, as all your drivers are old, will do the whole system and make it all up to date
and is the one i'd recommend doing to see if it fixes and updates the onboard drivers which may help the game work

Try going to the 'game settings' from the main menu, then the graphics settings, and move the trees slider to the left. Or go to the profile setting up at the top and choose low.

Neither. I updated all my drivers as per Zak's instructions and made sure I had all Windows 7 graphic updates and the problem was resolved.
