Window play

Having just purchased the game first thing I did was try to play in a window. How is this done as I can find nothing in the manual nor is they any obvious game preferences that I can see.

Yes. You can play in both a framed or unframed window. The windowed mode is in the settings - I believe you can choose Fullscreen, Windowed, or Framed.
