Game crash when completeing spacemarine quest 2

When I complete the quest: "Chapter 2, whispers of heresy" the game crashes with the message "Runtime Error!" I attached a before and after screenshot. Would have attached the save file if I could find it.

It does seem to be consistent in that whichever unit kills the last guardsman causes a crash, which is great for reproduction, but makes it impossible to really work around, any ideas?

I am running a 64 bit win 7 PC. Had to make the save into a .rar to upload, the contents of the file should be ok, but I think the type is .txt, sorry. Anyway, if you load that save, and kill the one neutral guardman, the game should crash, or at least does on my machine

Sorry you are having issues. If you can send the log files that would be really helpful.

Where should the log file be? Also, a sticky "how to report a bug" might be a good idea, seems like there where one but it is gone now. Attached DxDiag.

Just opened up the game, loaded the save, got the crash. Uploaded logs in the zip file.

drivers for audio and video are both old, while not an issue, always using the most up to date of both can help

have a clean install with less background processes running free's up not only resources but causes less issues and problems as per sticky

have the bare minimum of external devices installed, so no game controllers etc, just keyboard and mouse plus sound / speakers

game may not also support 2 vga cards in sli, update drivers and double check to be sure audio is 2013, so years old, and vga is 2017, both very old and buggy drivers
