Can't close multiplayer game.

My opponent is not responding for over two weeks now and I wanna close the game (claim). Problem is that every time I'm trying to do that I'm getting infinite loading window and the games becomes unresponsive. It's only this one game that is affected by the issue, all others I can close normally after 7 days if I wish.
Scenario is "The Battle of New Britain" and I'm playing it with a guy nicknamed "stoiker"
Can you help me anyhow? My autism hates this hanging game.

We can delete the game manually after 30 days since the last turn was played.
