Order Placed and Paid for but not showing any status...help.

I made a purchase of the video game "History Channels: Great Battles of Rome " PSP Version.
I also paid for it and the payment was accepted by worldpay.
but when i went to check the status of my order it shows nothing.
Can you please confirm my order.
