Sandstorm - Core Air Units Vanish??

Taking a break from Erik's marathon German Grand Campaign (just captured London!) and thought I would get started on Sandstorm! In the 1st scenario I paid much RP to put four air units in my core forces - and when started the 2nd scenario I was surprised and not happy to find that they were NOT in my core!!!!????? What is up with that???? By design or bug???? Really unfair to have to start buying them again!!! Especially when RP are so precious in this campaign!!!

My guess is that your air units are not selected for view from the deployment menu. There're 3 checkboxes at the top left of the screen when the deployment menu is open - one for ground, naval, and air units respectively. Sometimes one of them get unselected, giving you the impression your units have vanished.

Thanks! Have never touched those buttons EVER and entire core has always been visible...turned them off and on just now and indeed all was then visible as should be!

Yeah, those buttons are sneaky, but once you find out about them, they turn out to be useful for managing a large core. I deploy air units first, then naval (if any), and lastly ground ones.
