Re: New Patch Problem
Hello im having problems with latest patch when i started up the game since latest update it was fine when i came out the exe file was moved to my Avast antivirus chest. I was unable to move it back so i had to uninstall the game and the antivus then reinstall the game first then the antivirus they both seem to be working fine. But i hope this doesnt happen each time you do an update or dlc thanks.
Re: New Patch Problem
I'm sorry, but the issue is not related with our software, but rather with your anti-virus.
Unfortunately you're being a victim of a false positive from your Anti-virus system. A false positive occurs when the Anti-virus software mistakenly flags an innocent file as being infected.
The anti-virus nowadays are very intrusive and quite prone to false positives.

Re: New Patch Problem
Hello thank you for getting back to me. I agree with what you are saying but it only seems to be starting since these latest updates and DLCs. When i reinstall the game it will accept the game automatically in its exceptions its just when you have new updates. I wonder the only way of getting round it is to uninstall the whole game then reinstall it with each DLC thats all thanks.
Re: New Patch Problem
You just have to install the game with the setup installer and unlock the campaigns.
Then try to create an exclusion scan area for the game folder inside your anti-virus (I think it's Avast) and update the game with the last patch.
Unfortunately Avast and AVG are anti-virus prone to false positives.

And we have no control over what snippets of code they will deem suspicious.VPaulus wrote:Unfortunately Avast and AVG are anti-virus prone to false positives.
