Yes, from what I understand, the 6.1.7.2 file is just a continuation of 6.1.7.exe and not a separate executable file in itself. It must be in the same location as 6.1.7.exe to work but you don't activate the .2 file directly and when you are finished, the current version of your game should be 6.1.7.

It's not a version, it's a file extension! It's part 2 of the data for the 6.1.7 update
