Is it possible for the pursuer to loss contact with a router

For example the pursuer is in contact with one base of the router’s BG in the JAP the router losses a base, if the base removed is the one in contact with the pursuer does this cause the pursuer lose contact?

Another scenario is that purser and router both have the same MUs before moving, with the purser in contact with one router base. The router side steps one base to avoid friends, now the purser doesn’t have enough MU to stay in contact as it has to wheel to purse. Does this break contact?

In the first case contact cannot normally be lost by base removal. The furthest from the pursuers are removed first. However if there is more than one pursuer there may be enough bases lost so that it is impossible to stay in cotact with all.

In the second case contact could be lost and the pursuers could end up impacting the fresh BG
