What we have here is a failure to communicate...

Ok, so we cannot import our core units from Blitzkrieg because of the date discrepancy but c'mon, at least we should be given some starting specialization points to spend. Are we to be led to believe that the experience gained from Poland and the France '40 campaign was in no way shared with the Afrika Corps? Rommel leaned nothing from his romp throgh France? Starting with 0 specialization points make little to NO sense.

The Wehrmacht starts with some specs pre-bought, including drop tanks, tank school, Auftragstaktik and so on. Your point was adressed in beta and handled.
