Thanks for alerting the fans Nik!
Entries received before the end of this month (30 September) are £12, but after that it rises to £15.
I want to make sure that everyone knows.
Last year, we had a great turnout for what was pretty much the final large beta-test competition. This year promises to be even better, with 2 15mm themes and a 25mm early period competition too.
15mm Early 800 points - Rise of Rome, Legions Triumphant and Immortal Fire
15mm Late - 800 points - Storm of Arrows, Swords & Scimitars and Eternal Empire
25mm Early 650 points - Rise of Rome, Legions Triumphant and Immortal Fire
(Please note that the 25mm competition will be 1MU = 1", as per the rules, not 1MU = 40mm!)
Looking forward to seeing some old friends of Warfare, and some new FoGging faces too.
Please feel free to direct all queries to me at t_and_e.child@tiscali.co.uk. I'm afraid that I don't get here very often, so I'll probably have to be specifically alerted to questions posted through this board!
Cheers,
Tim Child

Hi everyone,
I picked up the latest competition entries from Steve East on Wednesday and things are picking up nicely, but interestingly!
So far, we have 9 entries for the 25mm Early theme (Rise of Rome, Legions Triumphant and Immortal Fire), 9 for the 15mm Late theme (which includes the new Eternal Empire book
) but only 3 for the 15mm Early period.
I'm sure that there are lots more entriehs on the way, and that not everyone is playing FoW (although I have seen a lot of old friends' names on the FoW lists) and am looking forward to receiving shedloads of lists from you.
If anyone has entered and has not yet had an acknowledgement from Steve East, could you check whether your cheque has yet been cashed ... for some reason we managed to publish Steve's address wrongly on the website to start with, and all the original entries were being delivered to the neighbouring retirement home. Steve's not quite ready for that yet.
The correct address for entries is Steve East, 49 Crowthorne Road, Bracknell RG12 7EB. His e-mail is steveneast41@yahoo.com .
All lists should please come to me, at t_and_e.child@tiscali.co.uk. So far I've had a grand total of four, and I need them early as I'm new at list-checking FOG!!
Looking forward to seeing you all at Warfare (and at Roll Call - come and chat to me if you have any queries, I'll be the one staring disappointedly at my dice on the DBMM tables...

And not just yours Pete.
However, I do have your name down on my list so I know that we've got you (and your cheque
) now.
If anyone else out there thinks that their entries have gone in but may have gone missing, shout to me - on or off board.
Cheers,
Tim

Hi guys,
With less than 2 weeks to go, the final lists (and entries) are coming flooding in for what is promising to be a great set of Warfare FoG competitions.
However, I'm looking for a few final e-mails etc to hunt down the last few players:-
Martin van Tol (the e-mail I have *looks* right but bounces whatever I do to it)
Richard Collins (my e-mail for Richard appears to be out of date)
Keith Pullen (ditto)
Jason Dawson (this just might be the wrong name - Steve East's handwriting is occasionally difficult to decifer - if there is a Jason other-than-Broomer who has entered the 15mm FOG Late period, please get in contact with me)
All help gratefully received,
Cheers,
Tim
P.S. Numbers currently expected:-
FOG 15mm Early - 20
FOG 15mm Late - 22
FOG 25mm Early - 20

It's all a bit annoying I can't make it, especially as I couldn't do Roll Call either and so my big toys are still unblooded. On the bright side it means we should get the eastern lists completed on time
I'll probably have time to pop over to the show one of the days so I'll say hello.
