failed to unpack community scenarios

I have attempted to download community scenarios and the download seems to be successful but I keep getting the message "There was an error unpacking the campaign".
I have tried on my laptop, desktop and even my tablet all devices are windows 10 64 bit and I have tried with both microsoft edge and firefox as the default browser if this has
any cause for this error. This problem was annoying and is now deeply frustrating what is the cause and what is the remedy?

This is usually due to antivirus settings
