Resolution or screen problem

I have a problem with either my resoultion or screen. The game is cropped into the upper left hand corner of my computer screen and I don't see the option to adjust my resoultion or screen size in the game? Or I simply am missing it? I am currently running VISTA :twisted: as my operating sustem and have dual screens. I am sure there is a simple solution I am overlooking. Please advise.
