Winter War - Homeless aircraft

The Raate Road scenario doesn't appear to have any airfields.
How does that work with refueling?
Didn't see it in the manual.

Fly planes off the map on the west, they un-deploy on next turn, and you can re-deploy at the same time.

There are 4 Air Exit Hex wich allows to rededeploy (Allow Redeploy) with Off-map Air Supply Source in this scenario :
