Skirmishers Charged While Sacking a Camp

A skirmisher has made contact with a camp and has failed to role the CMT to stop looting.
In the oppoenent's charge phase they declare a flank charge on the looting skirmishers.
There is also another enemy BG on the opposite side of the Camp.

A) Can the skirmishers evade the enemy charge. If not is it a flank charge?
B) Can the enemy BG on the other side of the camp charge through the camp to hit the skirmishers head on? If so can the skirmishers evade?
