Full xp transfer from Mornings sun to Rising Sun

Just finished Morning Sun (again) and when transferring core to Rising Sun I get full xp transfer.

Is this intended and doesn´t that make Rising Sun a bit too easy?

I already reported this in the patch 5.2.5 beta thread. The issue is that the new import core system has been introduced only to PanzerKrieg. All other old DLCs are in this weird state that they don't have the old system anymore, but they don't have the new one either. The new system should allow you to:

- choose between either default core, exported code or no core (you build it from RPs)
- add exp unit cap

Currently, at least the specialisations and leaders are imported properly.
