Anyone plan to Make HongKong for Burma DLC?

Hello,

Since the developers left Hongkong out of the original burma dlc, maybe someone would love to add this map to the game? I think the Defense of Hongkong by the British would be fun.

Wow, what a coincidence, I'm planning on making a Hong Kong scenario.

"Planning" he says... You should already have it out of the oven, mate!

As usual, a great addition to the game, and something to wait (and drool) over...

Now is the time to press that Artistocrat lot for an "ABDA Campaign".

IMHO, action in Burma was very definite and long enough so as to warrant its own campaign (even though they didn't include Yenangyaung or the retreat into India and SW China, the Admin Box, Ramree Island, etc.!), but Hong Kong, Borneo, the NEI (on the Allied side and including the Vogelkop), blockade-running from-and-to the Philippines, the Java Sea and peripheral naval actions, the defense of Ceylon, etc., DO warrant their own campaign.

Also, the trio of Malaya scenarios included in Burma Road would have received a much better treatment in this new proposed campaign; in the current setup, they feel like nothing more than appendixes, with so many worthy-of-gaming companion battles left out of the list, like Khota Bahru, the Penang evacuation, Muar, Slim River, Gemas, etc. The fact that several of these have been developed into custom scenarios, points out the interest of the community in gaming them.
