mounted shock troups

Hi

Which units do count as mounted shock troups? Are this all mounted troups, but light cavalry? Or just cavalry with lances? I am not able to find an exact definition.

From the manual, here are the units defined as shock troops:
29.4.3. Shock Troops
These include:
- Impact Foot.
- Offensive Spearmen.
- Pikemen more than 3 models deep.
- Lancers (except light horse).
- Heavy Chariots.
- Scythed Chariots.
