SS units and leaders

I am unable to attach a leader to an SS unit is Panzerkreig. I don't recall if I was able to do this in Blitzkreig.

Is it possible and if not, will there be specific leaders that only SS units can use?

The scenario designer needs to make any specific (land) commanders available to the Waffen SS faction.

Normally, the German non-Kriegsmarine leaders support the waffenss faction, but it seems the editor/scenario still rules over the commanders.txt file. Example from commanders.txt file where all commanders are defined:

If you like to take a look at all commanders then just browse the installation folder of OOB for the commanders.txt file. There is only very few info where to find them all though.
