Is there a bug in Rising Sun - Midway?

I am playing the campaign Rising Sun, and have reached the Midway Scenario. Here I have fulfilled all missions - however I do not get a victory? I seem to be missing the part about routing or destroying the american navy. However I have already done that - a couple of their ships left the battlefield, and I cannot find anymore on the map. Still, each turn just goes by without a victory, and without any actions from the enemy.
I seem to be alone in the map now, but still, no victory! Have I done anything wrong? Or is there a known bug in this scenario?

It’s been some time I played that, but it’s possible that you have to wait until the scenario end-turn.
Sometimes, AI submarines still sneak around on a map.

You were right - the scenario ended after the very last turn.. I just had to skip a lot of turns without doing anything.
