Holiday Tournament Fatal Crash

I clicked the V and it dumped me back in deployment mode with everything Frozen other than Next turn which gives the General warning. It is stuck in a loop

OK, have you tried CTRL_ALT_DELETING out of the game and then restarting the turn from scratch?
