I just opened the new round battle. As I was scrolling around looking at the terrain. I got a swift
"neither army has the will to carry on, and both sides break off combat as if by mutual consent. You must withdraw during the night leaving the enemy holding the battlefield"
and then the program closed. I then got an email confirming that the Battle had finished on turn 2. The battle is in my completed battles. The Opponent is Mike C-81

I am experiencing a similar problem. After I confirm the end of turn, nothing happens to send the turn off to the server.
Hope this is a simple problem to fix.

Could it be maintenance of the servers?

I think this is probably a different issue to that reported by the OP.shawkhan2 wrote:I am experiencing a similar problem. After I confirm the end of turn, nothing happens to send the turn off to the server.

When you say nothing happens, you mean there is no dialogue after a while saying that the turn failed to upload?

It sounds like you will have to CTRL-ALT-DELETE out of this situation, if you haven't already.shawkhan2 wrote:Exactly
Having done, so is the turn now in your in-box or your opponent's?

I am right with you on that. That is indeed how I got out of that situation. Re-started game and I was able to confirm end of turn after a second try. First time this has happened to me. Good to go for the time being.
