Missing commander Voronezh

According to a pop-up a new commander was appointed in the 6th mission (Voronezh) after defeating the Russian armor counterattack. But I didn´t get any???

Steam 5.2.3 64bit.

Started over to get the missing air commander at Sevastopol, just to miss this commander...

Didn't pop up for me either, in addition, the picture is missing when you destroy the Night Witches as well.

What is the reward for defeating Soviet counterattacks during Voronezh scn now?

It follows the line we use elsewhere, namely that primary objectives are required to complete/win the scn and to progress in the campaign, so not all of them give extra stuff. Some do yes, but most goodies are given via secondary objectives. So nothing extra for this one.

It is a game error for sure, because after this mission I get only 5 specialization points.

Complete the Scenario in 27 rounds and you have completed all the points.
You clearly needed to see 29 laps

So this objective is badly defined.
There should be 27 turns, not 28.
If you have completed all tasks during 28th round, then the victory message will appear only during the 29th.

It's probably a start turn setting so I only gets checked on the next turn. We'll change that.

I finished the secondary requisites to get the air commander from sevastapol, but it was never actually awarded, nor did it appear in any subsequent scenario so far (up to scenario 7).
