Fatimid Light/Heavy Artillery

For Fatimid Light/Heavy Artillery, what would they have used ???

If I had to guess, either captured Byzantine/Crusader siege equipment (ballista perhaps? might be too late for that equipment) or a trebuchet. Mind you, I have very limited experience with the military of the Fatimid Caliphate.

Thanks Omar ... I too was thinking that Fatimids would use Balista for light artilery.

the dailami were regarded as masters of engineering, so let's not assume that the arab armies weren't technological advanced enough to build there own.

see pg.21 the armies of islam 7th-11th centuries as a starter
