Hiden or double ships

I have a big problem. In my current game (Save) I have a problem with double ship on one spot. It occurs that 2 ships are in the same time on the same place. I know that its sometimes happen (attack on u-boots) but this time the second ship is from nowhere And the problem is that I cant play anymore because game stops

If someone plays my save - the coordinate of this place is 67/24. First fighter attack u-boot 67/23, after that battleship from London the same u-boot, after some others attacks battleship from 66/26 move to 67/24 and attack u-boot on 67/23 and after that the same or hidden ship attacks from the same place on my next u-boot. Game stops at this point

Please help me

Are you using 1.06 version of the game?
You can check from main menu in the down right corner it should say "v1.06"
