Missing T-34 in Kharkov?

I am early in the Kharkov scenario. Killed at T/34 and a window pops up telling me about spare parts to put together a working T-34 or something to that effect (I wish there was a way to bring those pop up windows back up). Anyhow, expected to see I now had a T-34 in my core but no, nothing! Anyone else experience this?

Give it a bit of time.

You should get another popup later when it's combat-ready - at this point he'll appear.
