A Couple of Questions

I looked through the manual but I couldn't find the answers to these two questions.

What is the significance of losses displayed in red?
What is the impact of disordered on units?

Losses in red denote that the unit suffered a loss in close combat and is forced to take a cohesion test.

I will have a series of videos discussing these factors as a beginner's guide sometimes this week. Will go in depth into PoAs, modifiers etc.
